Mr. Michael D. Aluko
Managing Director
Mr. Michael D. Aluko, the Managing Director of the company is a lawyer by profession.
He attended the Polytechnic, Ibadan where he obtained a National Diploma in Secretarial Studies (1978). He also holds a Bachelors Degree in law from the University of Lagos (1997) and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1999. He holds a Masters Degree in law (2000) from the University of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London (1988) and Nigeria respectively; and was a past Council Member. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). Mr. Aluko started his working career with Marina Nominees Ltd (The Company Secretarial arm of KPMG) in 1982 as a Trainee Chartered Secretary and rose to the position of manager before transferring his services to Colgate-Palmolive Nigeria Ltd. in 1995.
Whilst in the employment of KPMG, Michael worked as Consultant Company Secretary to several of the firms’ client companies in the banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Construction and service Industries. In August 1995, he joined the American Multinational Company of Colgate-Palmolive Nigeria Ltd as Company Secretary/Admin. Manager and later rose to the position of Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. As the pioneer Company Secretary / Legal Adviser, Michael was involved in every facet of the company’s development, and was responsible for setting up of its company secretarial/legal departments.
In 2000, he joined the management team of UAC of Nigeria Plc as the Registrar / MD, a position he held until September 11, 2006 when he was appointed the MD / Registrar of Intercontinental Registrars Ltd. Michael brings with him wealth of experience garnered over a period of 24 years and in diverse industries. He is widely traveled and has attended several management courses, seminars and meetings within and outside the country.
Mojisola Adelakun
Deputy Registrar
Mojisola Adelakun, holds a B.A degree in History (Arts) from Ogun State University Ago-Iwoye (1990) and MBA Human Resources from Lagos State University, Ojo (2001).
She started her Share Registration career with Berger Paints Nigeria Plc, Registrars Department in March 1992 as Assistant Manager. Following the exit of the Assistant Registrar, she was promoted to the post of Assistant Registrar, until her resignation in August 1999.
Thereafter, Moji joined EIB International Bank Plc Registrars Department formerly EKO International Bank Plc as Assistant Manager in 1999 and was subsequently promoted as Registrar in 2002.
Following the merger of EIB International Bank with 4 other banks in December 2005 to formed Skye Bank, she was transferred to the Company Secretarial unit of Skye Bank Plc as Deputy Manager, a post she held until her appointment as Deputy Registrar of Intercontinental Registrars Limited.
An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London (1997) and Institute of Capital Market Registrars (2005), she has 14 years experience in share registration and has attended several management courses and seminars.
Mr. Isiaka Yusuf
Head, Shareholders Relationship
Mr. Isiaka Yusuff started his working career with Team Technik (Nigeria) Limited (a communication Engineering company) in 1986 after obtaining Ordinary National Diploma in Secretarial Administration from The Polytechnic, Ibadan in July 1986 as Secretary to the Chairman/Managing Director.He was later redeployed to Warri as Office Manager in charge of Western Operations of the company.His job description then included secretarial support, office management, payment of salary/wages, general administration and client relationship management.
He left Team Technik Nigeria Limited in 1990 to join the law office of Fanikayode & Sowemimo and Company, Lagos.
On August 15, 1990, he joined Intercontinental Merchant Bank Limited (now Intercontinental Bank Plc).He has worked in various departments of the bank i.e. Credit and Marketing, Corporate Banking, Legal services, Investment Bankingand Human Resources/Administration departments.
After his call to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, he was redeployed to Legal department to head the Shareholders Relationship Management Unit.A unit he was heading before his secondment to Intercontinental Registrars Limited as Head of Shareholders Relationship Management, Human Resources and Administration Department.
Mr. Isiaka Yusuff is a Lawyer and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
He is married with children.
Adijat Azeez
Head of Operations
Adijat Azeez, earned a Higher National Diploma in Business administration from Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo in 2003. She is a member Institute of Capital Market Registrars.
She joined Wema Bank Plc in 1988 and worked in various branches of the bank before she was transferred to the Registrars department of the bank in 2001.
Adijat was a pioneer staff of Wema Registrars Limited, where she was a head of department before leaving for Intercontinental Registrars Limited in November, 2006 as Head of Operations till date.
Patrick Elimian
Head, Business Development & Relationship Management
Patrick Elimian, earned a National Diploma in Accountancy from Ondo State Polytechnic in 1999; he had B.Sc. Accounting from University of Ado Ekiti in 2005 and also a member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars. He had diverse knowledge in the Nigeria Capital Market, most especially in the Share Registration business of the market with over 9 years experience.
Patrick joined Wema Bank Plc in 1997 at the Bank Registrars’ Department, he was also one of the pioneer staff of Wema Registrars Limited of which he led many team assignments in various departments and rose to the position of Deputy, Head Operations. In April, 2006 he left Wema Registrars Limited for City securities (Registrars) Limited (a member of First City Group) as the Head, New Issues and Certificates Management Group. In November, 2006 he moved to join the Intercontinental Registrars Limited team as one of the pioneer staff assuming the position of Head, Business Development & Relationship Management till date.
Richard Oyadele
Financial Controller
Richard Oyadele is a graduate of Accounting from OlabisiOnabanjoUniversity, Ago-Iwoye. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Richard started his career with Chukwuemeka Obasi & Co (Chartered Accountants) as qualified trainee.
Thereafter he worked with D.N. Offor Chartered Accountants and Skye Trustees Limited as Head, Accounts Department.
He joined Intercontinental Registrars Limited in March, 2007 as Financial Controller.
Richard has vast experience in auditing, taxation and accounting and has attended various seminars and courses within the country.
