Mr. Ikechi Kalu, a Non-Executive Director of the Company obtained his first degree from the Bolton Institute of Technology, England (1987) and his post-graduate degrees in Management from University of Jos (1999) and Federal University of Technology, Owerri (2001).  He belongs to many professional associations including Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Certified Management Accountants to mention a few. 

A young but experienced business administrator, he started out at Skyway Industries Nigeria Limited as Technical Officer in 1981. He left in year 2000 as General Manager (Purchasing) to join AMSCO Nigeria Limited as Executive Director.  Presently, he is the Managing Director of SOO-KOK Holdings Limited.
