Mr. Chris A. Alabi, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a 1971 graduate of Sociology from the University of Ibadan.   He is an accomplished businessman with vast business interests that cut across various sectors of the economy.  His many business activities cut across banking, maritime, farming, education, etc.  Mr. Alabi started his career as a Sales Representative with the Nigerian Explosives and Plastics Company Limited upon graduation and rose to the position of General Manager in 1977. 

He left the company to co-found Cakasa Nigeria Limited and was appointed Managing Director / Vice Chairman.  He is one of the four founding fathers of Intercontinental Bank Plc, a former Chairman of Equity bank and a Director of Union Trust Building Society Limited.  A lover and promoter of education, he is the Executive Chairman of Ronik International Limited, a conglomerate of educational institutions.
 
He is also the Chairman of Alabi Oyo Commercial Enterprises, Caronc Holdings, and Intercontinental Capital Markets Limited.
